News About The New Toyota Prius C


It is known that the unveiling of the new Toyota Prius C took place in July at the Australian Motor Show. A few days ago, images of the vehicle in production were spotted in a Japanese magazine. The new compact MPV style Prius, rumoured to be called Aqua seems to be both the smallest and the cheaper member of the Priius family, model that is due to be officially launched next year, in 2012. There are obviously some characteristics that are going to make this model special. For instance, a more rounded front end with a curvy front bumper, vertical corner spotlight clusters and an all-new headlight design. The production model also loses a lot of the angular, sporty and futuristic style of the concept and also appears skinnier than the original concept version revealed. But if we want certainty, we will have to be patient and wait for the official launch.

The New Toyota Avensis- New Information, And Photos

The revised model from Toyota, the new 2012 Avensis was unveiled at the Frankfurt Motor Show 2011, as expected. It seems that the car has some upgraded features that concern the space, the fuel efficiency and other aspects. According to Toyota, this model bring an upgraded 2.0 litre D-4D turbodiesel engine delivering 124 bhp and 119 g/km CO2 emissions. Obviously, depending on your needs and requirements, you can choose the 2.2 D-4D is available and delivers 148bhp that is going to offer more power or the 145bhp 1.8-litre Valvematic unit for a petrol engine.

Toyota Japan Importing Cars From Thailand

The yen’s rising rate against the dollar must be combated in one way or another and for this reason, Thailand may soon become a source of import for Toyota Japan. This seems to be an excellent plan since Japanese car manufacturers usually import cars from countries such as Thailand because the production costs here are much lower and in this way the companies pay less for manufacturing, saving great amounts of money.

Official Photos with Toyota Hilux Facelift

Official pictures of Toyota Hilux facelift were presented to the public, and the sales target for this model in 2009 is of 47,000 units. It was launched in Europe in 2005 and until now, Hilux model has become increasingly more popular and better sold, and last year recorded sales of 39,000 units.
Changes made at Toyota Hilux are some of subtle facelift. Part of the front grille receives a bar and a new protection. Two new colors for equipment are now available, Blue Island and Graphite Grey and models 3.0 D-4D Double Cab HL3 and Double Cab can now be with 15 inches and, respectively, 17 inches rims.

Toyota A-BAT Concept

Toyota A-BAT Concept is a great compact pickup truck that combines a cab forward design with a rugged and bold style inspired by military vehicles with a roomy and versatile interior.
Designers from Toyota declared that they were inspired by the look of a NATO all-terrain military truck when they drew this fantastic concept and the Prius’ ‘trapezoid’ silhouette was a starting point for the bold new design.
This model will probably run on a four cylinder gas engine with Toyota Hybrid Synergy Drive.
Or maybe the A-BAT name comes from “Batman”. What do you think?
